He is survived by: his mother Lucille Long Sparks (Don); his wife Freda Webb Dillon; his children, Aaron Dillon (Amy) of Chesapeake, Erica Dillon of Chesapeake, Derek Barnhart (Monte) of Ashland, Ryan Barnhart (Jamie) of Ironton and Sarah Barnhart of Ironton; his sisters, Kathy Nenni (Bill), Donna Jones (Larry), Cindi Evans (Chris) and Beth Sparks; his nephew Jeremy Bailey (Julie); and his pets, Puggy and Bella.
