He is survived by: his children, Hunter Cooke (Emily) and Ashley Cooke (Aaron Baker); his granddaughter Camryn Cooke; and his sisters, Beverlee Collins (Butch), Kathy Smith (Randy), Carolyn Shepherd (Russ) and Ree Tipton (John).
