He is survived by: his mother Kimberly Rose (Davis); his children, Randy Newcomb, Jr. of Ironton and Delta Booth of Ironton; his brother Michael Newcomb of Ironton; his stepsiblings, David E. Rowe (Amanda Feasel) of Ironton, Mason and Tiffany Rowe of Ashland; his nephews, Landon Rowe and Jason Sammons, Jr. (Tiffany); and his niece Aubrey Sammons.
