It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Walton of Ironton, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on February 7, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Ray and Gladys Ferne Slough (Brewer); and her sister Barbara Lee (Slough). She is survived by: her husband William Richard Walton (Dick); her children, Laura Walton Crouch (John) of Arlington and William Richard Walton (Bill); her grandchildren, John Walton Crouch (Jack), Griffin Capper Crouch, Fiona Edwards Crouch, William Luke Walton and Ryan James Walton; her child Anke Duerr McCown (Mark); her brother R. Kent Slough; her brother-in-law Gregory Lee; her nephew Col. Daniel Lee (Tiffinie); and her niece Megan Schmale (Tim). She is also survived by cousins and friends.
