She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Loukx and Norma D. Loukx (Jenkins); and her brothers, Richard Allen Loukx, James Russell Loukx and Hollis Loukx.
She is survived by: her husband Attorney William D. Kennedy; her children, Richard Kennedy and Sharon Kennedy-Norris (Larry); and her grandson Larry Norris III. She is also survived by her family as a homemaker, mother and grandmother.
