He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lewis and Faye Lewis (Ellis); his daughter Melissa Sexton; and his siblings, Freddie, John, Tom Lewis and Joanna Lewis.
He is survived by: his partner Kenna Noble; his children, Amanda Lewis-Kelley (Darin) of Flatwoods, Paul "Pub" Lewis (Stepheney) of Wilgus and David Ray Lewis of Ironton; his stepchildren, Carl Noble of Ironton and Mandy Noble of Ironton; his grandchildren, Alexandria Wilson, A'aryna Wilson, Hunter Kelley, Ailey Garretson, Isabella Lewis, Angel Lewis, Jason Lewis and Devin Fife; and his siblings, Kim Black (Charlie) of Louisa, Robert Lewis (Brenda) of Ironton, Kay Thornton of Ironton, Kathy Barker (Joe) of Ironton, Danny Lewis (Kathy) of Ironton and Jerry Lewis of Ironton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
