She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowel Joseph and Edna Joseph (Bailey); her aunt Kay Long; and her uncle Dallas Joseph. She is survived by: her children, Crystal Black (Todd) of Ironton and Tony Schwab (Amanda) of Ironton; her niece Shelby Mullins (Jordan Clifton) of Ironton; her sister Beverly Ratliff of Ironton; and her uncle Roy Long of Ironton.
