He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bailey (Jenkins); his children, Rick Bailey (Linda) of Wheelersburg, Cindy Barnes (Shayne) of Ironton, Angie White (Todd) of Ironton and Kristi Joseph (Mike) of Ironton; his grandchildren, Ricky Bailey (Paula) of Patriot, Nikki Pare' (Mike) of Phoenix, AZ, Lindsey Ward (Shane) of South Point, Brandon Williams (Alexis) of Lucasville, Kimberly Peyton (Josh) of Ironton, Ashley Kellogg (Christopher) of South Point, Madison Barnes of Ironton, Stefanie Markins (Robert) of Ashland Ky, Justin Whiteof Ironton (Sierra) and Courtney Fradd (Ryan) of Ironton; and his caregivers, Paul Moore and Judy Bailey.
