She was predeceased by: her son Christopher M. Frazier; and her brothers, Gregory and Ryan Ainsworth. She is survived by: her parents, William "Bill" Ainsworth of Ironton, Ohio. and Karlene Ainsworth (Horrtel) of Ironton, Ohio.; her children, Cassandra Russell (Frazier) of Ironton and William Varney (Brad) of Ironton; her grandchildren, Breanna Picklesimer, Braydon Picklesimere, Madison Davidson and Crisjon Frazier; and her brother Adam Ainsworth. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
