He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Bolner and Roberta Bolner; and his sister Rebecca Bolner West. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Cox Bolner; his children, Bailey Bolner (Cody Lambert) of Milton, WV, Timothy Adkins (Allyson) of Ironton, OH and Zakary Adkins (Payton) of Pedro, OH; his grandchildren, Kegan, Nash and Eliza Adkins; his siblings, Bruce Bolner (Janet) of Portsmouth, OH and Robin Reilly (Mike) of Land O'Lakes, FL; his siblings-in-law, Jeffrey West of Russell, KY and Amy Kline (Mark) of Pedro, OH; his parents-in-law, Debbie Hensley of Pedro, OH and Garold Cox (Patty) of Pedro, OH; and his close friends, Dean Young (Jean Marie), Eric and Bri Ruth. He is also survived by one daughter.
