She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Jackson Mayes; her daughter Linda Sue Blake; her son-in-law Roger D. King; her siblings, Raymond, Violet, Orval, Garlin, Oliver, Ruth, Howard and Bonnie; her grandchild Stacy Lynn Blake; and her great grandchild Stacey Nicole Blake.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Ann King; her son-in-law Billie Blake; her grandchildren, Amy Sargent (Michael Beal), Bill Blake (Laura), Melissa Blake, Laura Nida (Derick) and Amanda Blake; her great grandchildren, Joey Blake, Corey Sargent, Cagney Sargent Thompson (Matthew), Jonathan, Hudson Nida, Jillian and Madeline Blake; her great great grandchild Emelia Jenkins; her niece Annamay Carter (Rick); and her nephew Alvin (Judy).
