She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Parker and Victoria Parker (Spicer); and her siblings, Jack, Herbert, John Parker, Norma Jean Smittle and Joyce Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Clarence Harper.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Woodland Cemetery (824 Lorain St, Ironton, OH 45638).
