He is survived by: his mother Thelma Mae McCullough (Monday); his wife Trish; his former wife Patricia Dawn McCullough (Terry); his siblings, Jim McCullough (Kathy), Jerry McCullough (Lesley) and Sherry Hileman (Carl); his children, Phillip McCullough (Leah), Brittany Stambaugh (Gerald) and Timothy McCullough (Sarah); his stepdaughters, Stacy Fellure (Travis) and Stephanie Maynard (Christopher); and his grandchildren, Noah, Kaelyn, Jonah McCullough, Logan, Sophie, Lydia Stambaugh, Samuel McCullough, Emmy, Clinton, Tucker, Boone, Everett Fellure, Izzy, Deacon Maynard, Linda, Summer and Sydni Maynard.
