She was predeceased by: her mother Minnie Brumfield (Pinks); her former husband Delmar Jenkins; her daughter Heather Sparks; and her grandson Dakota Tackett. She is survived by: her father Ted Higgins (Patricia); her fiancé Larry McCllelan of Ironton; her sisters, Margo Short (Mike) of Georgetown, Barbara Patrick of Ashland, Karen Waller (Bill) of Georgetown, Angela May Ashland (Todd), Paula Brumfield of Lafayette and Brenda Higgins of Ironton; her grandson Levi Cox of Berea; her stepsons, Buddy and Matthew Jenkins of Ironton; and her close friends, Vicki Cox, Jackie Butler and Kathy Ward. She is also survived by many other friends and family.
