He is survived by: his parents, Jim Russell and Mary Frances Russell (Crown) of Ironton; his wife Billie Russell (Rice); his children, Justin Russell (Katherine) of South Point, Tyler Russell (Makenna) of Ironton, Rocky Russell of Ironton, Shelby Russell (JJ Hackworth) and Hannah Russell; his grandchildren, Mason, Nellie, Lucas, Waelon, Willa and Taelynn; and his siblings, Cheryl Justice (Keith), Amber Cooper (Billy Dan), Mike Russell (Kelli Deer), Darren Russell (Lisa), Allen Russell (Jen Smith), Ronnie Russell (Melissa), David Crown (Edith), Patty Webb (Ronnie), Jimmy Russell (Jamie Delawder) and Loretta Jenkins (Tony).
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the LaGrange Freewill Baptist Church (1400 Co Rd 21, Ironton, OH 45638). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
