She is survived by: her son Dr. Jeffrey Kim Martin (Jane) of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Allison Dluzynski (Dave) of Medina, OH, Matthew Martin of Columbus, Brandon Martin (Kate) of Rushkin, FL and Nathan Martin (Molly) of Lexington, KY; her great grandchildren, Lily, Madeleine Dluzynski and Leo Martin; her sister LaVersa Motes (John); and her close friends, Sandie Haas, Jan Grant and Sally Vasey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
