She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rist and Sarah Rist (Kelley); her husband Remy H. Meeks; and her siblings, George Rist, Leonard Rist, Ray Rist, Clarice Beals and Mary Lou Coburn.

She is survived by: her son Michael Meeks (Pamela) of Gahanna; her grandchildren, Joel Meeks (Bonnie) of Gahanna, Matthew Meeks (Jennifer) of Indianapolis, IN and Ashley Calvin (Adam) of Grove City; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Adler, Anniston Meeks, Brady, Layla Meeks, Austin, Asher, Caden and Carter Calvin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
