He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Francis MacDonald and Lois Wallett MacDonald; and his siblings, Mildred MacDonald Hammond and John Brent MacDonald. He is survived by: his wife Sally McDonie Payton MacDonald; his daughters, Mendy Thomas of Columbus, OH and Rhonda Columbro (Ted) of Columbus, OH; his stepchildren, Deron Payton (Sherry), Angie Phillips (David), Joanna Gannon (Tony) and Doug Payton; his stepgrandson Corey Fletcher; his stepchildren, Sunshine Trimble, Baylee Trimble, Jewelia Mullins (Joseph), Jimmy, Tommy Trimble, Sophia Trimble, Mike, Sabrina Brown and Branson Brown; his close friends, James and Pat Estep; and also Brad. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Sheridan Freewill Baptist Church (449 Co Rd 1, South Point, OH 45680).
