She was predeceased by: her mother Rebecca Lambert; her grandparents, Warren E., Iris Mae Lambert and Richard Worley; and her nephew Chase Wilds.

She is survived by: her father Warren "Ed" Lambert of Kitts Hill; her husband Michael Hayes; her son Alexander Hayes of Ironton; her siblings, Nichole Wilds of Kitts Hill and Warren Lambert III of Louisville; her parents-in-law, Mike and Donna Hayes of Ashland; and her siblings-in-law, Tara Hayes and Shane Hayes of Ashland. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
