He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Meadows and Lavonne Meadows (Rowe); and his wife Myrtle Meadows (Jenkins). He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon Sherman of Ironton, OH, Kathy Reynolds of Coal Grove, OH and Russell Meadows of Hazel Green, AL.
