He is survived by: his mother Juanita Bowman Barker; his wife Genny Harmon Barker; his daughter Kelly Poe (Danny) of South Point; his grandsons, Michael of South Point and Tyler Poe of South Point; his siblings, Betty Barker Craddock of South Point, Eva Barker Staton of Wheelersburg, Ernie Barker (Rita) of Deering and Jimmy Barker (Sherri) of Kitts Hill; and his aunt Rheba Kizzee of Clinton, TN.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
