She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Horsely and Jesse Skaggs Horsely. She is survived by: her sons, David Johnson of Marysville, OH and Frank Johnson (Betty) of Ironton, OH; her siblings, Charlie Horsely (Evelyn) of Franklin Furnace, OH, Elbert Horsely (Mary) of Marysville, OH and Mary Stout (Rick) of Wheelersburg, OH; and her grandchildren, Hunter, Brianna, Brittany and Stephanie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (1004 S 7th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Jr. Furnace Cemetery.
