She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Cornelius and Ruth Cornelius (Heighton); her husband Joseph Lawrence Baker; and her siblings, Richard Cornelius, Betty Heighton and Lynn Cuvar.
She is survived by: her children, Tracey Higgins (Michael) of Florida, Joseph Baker (Dawn) of Ironton and Michael Baker (Dana) of Ironton; her grandchildren, Joshua Higgins of Tennessee, Tyler Higgins of Hawaii, Alysha Higgins of Ireland, Vincent Keairns of Ironton, Victoria Keairns of Ironton and Martina Steele of West Virginia; her brother John Cornelius of Canton; her sister-in-law Mary Ann Lemaster of South Point; her aunts, Sara Heighton of Ironton and Ann Webb of Ironton; her uncle Fred Heighton of Ironton, Special; and her nieces and nephews, Ed Carpenter (Belissa) of New York, Lisa Ayers (Jeff) of South Point, Sherry Hackworth (Steve) of Pedro, Becky Ackison of Ironton, Kim Gleichauf (Carlos) of Ironton, Danny Webb of Kentucky, Jimmy Cuvar (Priscilla) of Illinois, Billy Shilling of Texas and Joe Shilling (Trish) of Chillicothe. She is also survived by her family and friends.
