He is survived by: his children, Tony Arbaugh of Chillicothe, Larry Arbaugh of Lorain and Patty Arbaugh-Williams of Lorain, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Tommy, Keith, Jeff, Louie and Christina; and his siblings, Larry Massie of Florida, Troy Arbaugh of West Virginia, Rick Arbaugh, Cathy Arbaugh, Kim Arbaugh and Vickie Arbaugh-Cooper of Ohio. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
