She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence A. Horner; her daughter Barbra Jean Botkins (Horner); her granddaughter Michelle Virgin; and her sisters, Lupe Zeock, Josephine Morris and Juanita Zahoransky.

She is survived by: her sister Cathy Land of Cleveland; and her children, Ruth Virgin (Ken) of New Boston, Ohio, Darrell Horner (Carol) of Bucyrus, Scott Horner (Jeanie) of Ironton and Dan Horner (Kim) of Wheelersburg, Ohio..
