She was predeceased by: her parents, Ottie Lester and Hazel Lester (Rowland). She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Akers-Ittig (Robert); her grandchildren, Bobbi Akers-Harbolt and James Joseph Akers; and her great grandchild David Ryan Harbolt.
