She was predeceased by: her parents, Orlyn Jenkins and Amanda Pierce (Stamper); her former husband Paul Chaffins, Jr.; her brother Ronald Jenkins; and also Jim Wadin.
She is survived by: her son Paul Edward Chaffins of Columbus; and her siblings, Bonnie Cignoni (Jim) of Ironton, Sandy Mullins (Michael) of Ironton, Polly Jenkins (James Johnson) of Pedro, Frank Jenkins of Ironton and Roy Jenkins of Ironton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and one grand-niece.
