He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Maynard Smith; his children, Loretta Wright of Wayne, WV and Jesse W. Smith, Jr. (Cathy) of Wayne, WV.; his grandchildren, Rebecca Christian (Johnathan), Deborah Dillon (Corby), Taylor Brunty (Jacob), Sydney Elliott (Dalton), Zane, Grayson and Addyson Smith; and his great grandchildren, Javan, Nicholas, Marah Christian, Sarah, Emma, Henry and Anna Dillon. He is also survived by his family and friends.
