She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Billiar and Zelma Billiar (Horn); her husband Jacob F. Scherer (Jake); and her brother Joe Billiar. She is survived by: her brother Jim Billiar (Sally) of Columbus; her children, J. F. Scherer Jr. (Luann) of Naples, FL, Ben Scherer and Jane Scherer Craddock of Ironton; her grandchildren, Jennifer Edgar (Lou), Sarah Schliepp (Chris), Matthew Frazer, Chris Frazer, Caitlyn Lucas (Andrew) and Shannon Scherer (Kyle Gracey); and her great grandchildren, Jacob Edgar, Ben Edgar, Olivia Schliepp, Jacob Frazer, James Frazer and Baby Lucas.
