She was predeceased by: her parents, John Biars and Goldie Stiles; her husband Charles Edward Boggs Sr.; and her son Charles E. Boggs Jr. Christopher. She is survived by: her children, Debra Britt of Oak Hill, Linda Mullens of South Point, Callie Edwards of Ironton and Timothy Boggs (Angie) of Kitts Hill; and her siblings, Carol Kinker of Minford, Connie Stapleton (Jim) of Stout, Paul Biars of Marion, Homer Biars of Portsmouth and Ronnie Biars of McDermont. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, several great and great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
