He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Mann (Paul) of Ironton, Jessica Stapleton (David) of Ironton and Jennifer Sparks of Ironton; and his siblings, Charles Sparks, Darrell Sparks and Annette Sparks. He is also survived by grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
