He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Phil, Evalena Howard, Harry and Anne Scott. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Dennis and Tammy Elaine Howard Scott of Ironton, OH.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
