He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lewis and Lena Lewis; his sisters, Doris Lee Lewis and Danna Jean White; his great grandchild Colton Allen Lewis; and his son Rick Lewis Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Carol Broce Lewis; his son Paul Lewis (Kathy); his daughter-in-law Dawn Lewis Thompson; his daughters, Deanna Haas (Mark) and Alys Patrick (Troy); his grandchildren, Chris Lewis, Julie Adams (Keith), Brad Lewis, Rick Lewis Jr. (Hope), Kayla Koerper, Kaylyn Taylor (Kyle), Shelby Thornton (Jeremy), Austin Barker (Natalee), Eryn, Rylie, Maddyx Patrick, JP Fisher and Nikki Hagerman; his great grandchildren, Jackson Lewis, Keilie Shope (Schyler), Brayden, Gage Adams, Elijah, Kylie Lewis, Blake, Brisen Collins, Tommy, Colter Taylor, Riley, Evelyn, Joel Thornton, Alaina and Chloe Barker; and his sisters, Clara Mae Stark and Linda Crisp.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sharon Baptist Church (2010 S 5th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the same location.
