He was predeceased by: his sons, James Leonard and Jason Leonard; and his brother Charles Leonard. He is survived by: his daughter Lori Ann Link of Greenup; his grandson Jase Leonard; and his sister Sheila Combs (Brett Layne) of Columbus.
