She was predeceased by: her parents, James Colvin and Tressie Colvin (Gibson); her husband Alpheus Loewenguth; and her siblings, Juanita Colvin, Donald Colvin, Bernice Melvin, Louise Nickell and James Colvin Jr..
She is survived by: her sisters, Doris Robinson of Ironton and Dorothy Terry of Ironton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
