She is survived by: her caregiver Assistant; her children, Bryan Blair of Bardstown and Jammie White; her son-in-law Maurice White of Coal Grove, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Morgan, Keith, Brianna, Hartlyn Blair, Shi, Mila Vaughn, Alisha, Mason Sly, Brandi Marcum and Christa Porter; her great grandchildren, Josiah Marcum and Adeline Roberts; and her siblings, John, Jr., Harold, Clarence Blair, Donna Rucker and James Scarberry.
