He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Faye Miller Banfield; his daughters, Rachellee Demetroules (Blair), Sara Clark-Wiseman (John) and Shellie Clark; his sisters, Carol Banfield, Margaret Banfield (Brian Morris) and Alvina Moore (Tom); his grandchildren, Ellowyn Wiseman and Everlee McGinnis; and his nephews, Aaron Moore and Brandon Moore (Alexis).
