He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dilley and Mary Dilley (Houston); and his father-in-law Bob Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Dilley (Pennie); his sons, Scott (Karla) of Ironton, Kevin (Amy) of Franklin Furnace and Brandon (Rachel Fuller) of Ironton; his grandchildren, Poppy, Bailey, Anna, Kami, Ava and London; his sisters, Jacqui Malone (Dave) and Gladys "Louise" Dilley; his uncle Robert Houston (Elaine); and his mother-in-law Rosalie Bailey. He is also survived by brothers and sisters in law, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
