He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert G. Fields and Charlotte Janiece Rader Fields; his brother David Wayne Fields; and his niece Tera Doniece Brumfield. He is survived by: his wife Glynis Shope Fields; his grandchildren, Vincent, Victoria Keairns of Ironton, Rubie, Silas Leith of Freeport and Harlow Thornton of Freeport, Texas.; and his friends, Dave and Marsha Neal.
