She was predeceased by: her father Roy Mullins; and her former husband Roger Crabtree. She is survived by: her mother Betty Mullins (Waddle) of Ironton; her husband Timothy L. Akers; her son Adam Crabtree (Sarah) of Lakeside Park; her sister Pamela Stover (Rick) of Ironton; her grandchildren, Jacob Crabtree, Madison Crabtree and Brady Akers; her stepchildren, Timmy Akers (Courtney) of Ironton and Amanda Smith (Jeremy) of Middlebury; her nieces, Jessica Travis (Zach) and Katie Cole (Matt); her great-nieces, Morgan and Marlee Travis; her great-nephew Grayson Cole; and also, Teddy and Rocky.
