He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Tackett and Maude Rice Tackett; and his former wife Judith Ann Cochran Tackett. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Webb Tackett; his daughter Melissa Tackett-Gibson (Richard) of Littleton, CO; his grandchildren, Aidan Gibson and Elizabeth Gibson; his stepchildren, Tawnia Jones (Allen) of Ashland, KY and Mike Webb (Corey) of Ashland, KY; his stepgrandchildren, Ben Jones, Allison Naliborski (Duane), Jordan Mell (Daniel), Matthew Jones and Addie Raye Jones; his siblings, Sam Tackett (Sharon), Judy Giles, Lori Kennedy and Diane Hughes (Duane); and his close friend Alice. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home (518 S 6th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Danny's contributions to these projects were a testament to his servant's heart and unwavering faith.
