He is survived by: his significant other Judy Mays (White); his sister Kathy Rader (James) of Ashland; and his grandchildren, Isabelle, Jonah, Gatlin Melvin, Josie, Waylon, Weston Mays, Ariana Neal and Aidan Turley.
