He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Topping and Anna Topping (Preece); and his siblings, Bill, Dave Topping and Sharon T. Shepherd.
He is survived by: his daughter Amy Topping (John Wells) of Ironton; his grandson Eddie Russell (Emmielue Sipple); his great grandchild Willow Sipple; and his brother Arnold "Jigger" Topping (Carolyn). He is also survived by Several loving nieces, nephews and special friends.
