He is survived by: his parents, Candy Stephens of Ironton and Robert Stephens of Proctorville, Ohio.; his children, Brooklee, Paisley Stephens and Briar Patch Stephens of Ironton; his siblings, Kayla Smith (Greg) of Ironton, Bella Stephens of Proctorville and Ryan Stephens (Crystal) of Ironton; his nephews, Brody Maynard and Braxtyn Stephens; and his niece Brynlee Maynard of Ironton.
