He is survived by: his son Mark Jenkins (Phuong) of Manor, TX; his granddaughter Rachel Jenkins; and his sister Dottie Stewart (Mike) of Proctorville, OH. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (1004 S 7th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Sugar Creek Cemetery (94 County Rd 44 S, Ironton, OH 45638).
