She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Childers and Jessie Childers (Jones); her husband Glenn Bruce; her son-in-law Mitch Carey; and her siblings, Fern Boggs, Paul, John and Larry Childers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Carey of Ironton and Stephanie Branch (Kent); her grandsons, Travis Carey (Carrie), Tyler Branch (Maggie) and Trent Branch (Aysa); and her close friend Lucy. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
