He is survived by: his parents, Larry "Bub" Barnard and Debbie Barnard (McFann); his wife Tessa Marie Stamper Barnard; his daughters, Carlie Lauren, Zoey Marie and Tinley Lynn Barnard; his brothers, Josh Barnard (Alisha) and Matt Barnard (Brittany); his nieces and nephews, Hunter, Brayden, Colton, Braylon, Tyson, Zeke, Aubree, Carsyn, Nora and Abigail; his great-niece Harper; his parents-in-law, Jim and Diane Stamper (Cremeans); his siblings-in-law, Chelsea (Stamper) and Andrew Phillips; and his close friends, J. D., Cindy and Katie Scott.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home (518 S 6th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
