It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cindy Deeds Prater of Ironton, Ohio, who passed away on July 13, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Heather (Mike); her sisters-in-law, Jonda, Cindy and Susan; her parents, Bob Deeds and Jill Dalton Deeds; her husband Mike; her children-in-law, Eric Clark and Stacey Prater-Ratliff; her grandchildren, Wyatt, Bodie Clark, Kennedy and Kaylee Clark; her nephew Alex Deeds; and also Liliauna. She was also cherished by cousins, nieces, nephews, coworkers, and friends.
At the family's request, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
