We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Chad Thomas Lewis of Ironton, Ohio, born in Columbus, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sandy, Sylvia DiMarzo, Jack Lewis, Donna and Elwood Wade; his uncles, Jack Lewis, Ward Lewis and Jim Lewis; and his aunt Sharon Lewis.
He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Ray and Nancy Jean Lewis (Wade) of Ironton, Ohio.; his aunts, Patty Wade, Sherry Lewis and Barbara Lewis; his uncle Ron Wade (Aneta Krysiak); his pet Reggie; and his close friends, Nick Nicastro and John Oakes. He is also survived by many cousins, other family members and friends.
