He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Cline and Ovie Cline (Goble); his wife Velda "Sprout" Cline (Darnell); and his children, Alicia Handley and Scott Cline.
He is survived by: his daughter Christi (Steve); his children-in-law, Matt Handley and Beth Cline; his grandchildren, Travis (Nikki), Brady (Allie), Mackenzie Collins, Macie Handley, Nicholas, Madalyn, Megan and Chase Cline; his great grandchildren, Evan, Olivia Collins, Kaylee and Crew Collins; his brother Phillip Cline; his sister-in-law Peggy Ratcliff; and his close friend Rosalie Craiger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
